Remote Support sessions are conducted from New Zealand where the time zone is GMT+12. The appointment time to conduct a Remote Support session will be made between Monday and Friday during New Zealand work hours.

Appointments on days or times outside New Zealand work hours are not covered by an Annual Maintenance Subscription and may be charged for.
