We are thrilled to announce the latest functional tool from ROMDAS, the Power-Processing Tool! This Tool allows you to run multiple instances of ROMDAS simultaneously, allowing you to process multiple RBF files 3 times faster.

The Power-Processing Tool is particularly helpful for LCMS users who need to process large amounts of data quickly. The tool will offer much flexibility and efficiency by processing the LCMS data faster to dramatically reduce significant time and optimise your ROMDAS experience.

The number of instances you can run at once depends on the capacity of your processing computer and survey characteristics. For optimal performance, we suggest using an i9 computer system with 16 cores and 32 GB RAM. This configuration has yielded the best results in our testing.

The Power-processing option is only available from ROMDAS version 2.7.2.0 onwards, so be sure to have an active AMS and update your ROMDAS software and avail the Power-Processing Tool.
